On the basis of numerous, globally implemented automation solutions, we convey concepts that go far beyond standard solutions.

Due to the specific requirements, a great deal of the work in production, assembly and intralogistics is still done manually. However, with the appropriate knowledge and a systematic analysis of the individual processes, we determine which processes can be technically and cost-effectively automated and develop sensible, future-proof strategies to suit your requirement.

In this phase we lay the foundation stone for future automation projects. Together with you, we analyse the requirements of your processes, check the extent to which existing plants, technologies and services can meet them – and develop the optimal solutions for individual competitive advantages together with you. We also accompany you during the entire implementation phase.

Our CAD/CAM teams design complete machines, plants and components according to your specifications, or develop entirely new solutions to your problems. Our in-house designers work closely in a team together with EPLAN electrical design, software development and image processing. The result is creative, all-inclusive solutions from a single source.

For us, electrical design in automation goes far beyond the mere creation of circuit diagrams. Our employees support you with the selection of the necessary components even during the project planning phase and enter the components in the databases of our EPLAN CAD and CAM systems. Detailed documentation is a matter of course.

When our electricians begin with their work, they have the complete documentation for the designed project at their disposal, including assembly drawings and prepared CNC data sets for the sheet metal processing. Thus, we produce terminal and distribution boxes, control units and control cabinets and even complex switchgear in-house.

In machine and plant construction as well as special machine construction, we work consistently in a mechatronic way. Our drive technology, PLC programming, electronics, microprocessor technology, visualisation, industrial image processing, robotics and mechanical engineering teams work hand in hand. The ideal conditions for perfect mechanical engineering – made in Germany.

In software development we work exclusively with internationally established programming languages such as Siemens S5 / S7 / TIA, B&R Automation Studio, Beckhoff TwinCAT 2 /3. Opcon, Codesys C++, C#, VB.net, Qt, Allen Bradley and others. Our platform-independent portfolio is rounded off by the precise handling of Java Script / HMI on any device.

We have a broad knowledge of the programming of common robot types and know the respective strengths and weaknesses of the individual systems. We program your system with one or more robots reliably and in a cleverly structured manner and coordinate the process sequence with the upstream and downstream work steps.

Our range of services as specialists for automation and control includes the complete planning and implementation of automated, robot-assisted workplaces and autonomous robot cells. Depending on the application, articulated or SCARA robots and picker tripods or delta robots are used, naturally including individual software and programming.

In addition to new plants, we support you with the migration of "old" controllers to the respective latest versions. The use of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technologies in combination with robotics and visualisation provides on the one hand for more productivity due to higher cycle rates and on the other for higher product reliability on account of increased precision.

Intelligent visualisations in machine and plant operation are becoming more and more important. Our optoelectronic operating and control solutions, which are tailored precisely to the respective processes, increase productivity and every operator is able to operate the plant safely and to perform product changes for the most part independently.

Our range of services in camera technology extends from simple single-camera systems through to individual, complex multi-camera applications with traceability functions. Our systems score with flexible, customer-specific interfaces as well as the archiving of data, images and results.

The precise, clear and realistic documentation of our systems and plants is a MUST for us - on the one hand for the user in order to be able to react quickly and in a goal-oriented manner in the case of malfunctions or later extensions, and on the other for us in order to minimise plant downtimes during on-site service and remote maintenance.

Depending on the complexity of the automation, plant commissioning and operator training is usually a time-consuming undertaking. That's why we test components and systems for functionality in-house. On request, we take care of the efficient training of your plant personnel here or on-site.
