Trade fair review: BrauBeviale 2016

The BRAU 2016 has closed its doors. After three successful exhibition days we drew a successful conclusion.
The XPLORER inspection and control stations exhibited at our booth for empty bottle inspection with base, mouth, thread and side wall check as well as residual liquid detection and the trade fair innovation – the ClipCheck swing-top inspection for the detection of own and external logos, damaged closures and bottle mouths as well as faulty and dirty rubber seals – met with great interest among the visitors.
Faulty bottles are safely ejected via a self-developed linear ejector in piano technology, which provides for maximum ejection reliability and container protection.

Both systems were developed for the particular requirements of mid-sized breweries and bottling plants. We concentrated on profitability, flexibility in the bottle assortment, the smallest possible space requirement and state-of-the-art lighting and camera technology.

The XPLORER empty bottle inspector meets the requirements for a full inspector according to the "Checklist for empty bottle inspection for glass and reusable bottles" of the Genossenschaft Deutscher Brunnen eG (Association of German Springs).

Thank you for the exciting and nice trade fair time with interesting conversations and new contacts.
