Mobile measuring bridge for checking the contents of beverage crates and open cartons

The KS CAP CONTROL works simply and effectively. Crates or cartons are checked as they pass through by sensors, one for each row of bottles. If the absence of one or more bottles is detected, this crate is automatically signalled as faulty. It is sorted out either acoustically with a belt stop for manual removal of the faulty crate, or it is automatically ejected.
The adjustment of the measuring bridge to different crate heights is carried out manually. The reliable detection of different packages with various fill patterns is achieved by shifting and switching the sensors on and off.

Usage

Autonomous, flexibly positionable, full package check for the rational and reliable checking of the completeness of the contents of crates and cartons. The contents are checked by sensors, one for each row of bottles. If the absence of one or more bottles is detected, this crate is automatically signalled as faulty. It is sorted out either acoustically with a belt stop for manual removal of the faulty crate, or it is automatically ejected.
In order to detect different fillings the sensors are individually positioned or switched on and off.
