The XPLORER² Empty Bottle Inspector is a cost-effective alternative to the now outdated and unsafe inspection via transmitted light. Specifically designed to be planned into existing conveying systems, it meets all of the inspection requirements for single and full inspection of far larger, more cost-intensive facilities. Straightforward system integration ahead of the filling unit makes this empty bottle inspector perfectly suited for new plants and for plant modernisation. Should an empty bottle inspector exist and swing top bottles have to be inspected as well, the XPLORER² connected upstream is the cost-effective solution for a reliable full inspection.

Swing top bottle closer in a space-saving linear design

With CLIP’N’CLOSE linear design and patented contactless clip alignment, we are pursuing a new, cost-efficient path in product safety for swing top bottles. On the one hand, the space-saving linear design offers simple integration into existing filling lines, and on the other, the contactless clip positioning, with no touching of the rubber seal, ensures the greatest degree of safety in terms of hygiene, from bottle alignment right up to the fill head.

A 100% inspection of the swing top, including rubber seal – the CLIP CHECK fulfils this requirement for product safety cost-effectively and reliably in a confined space. Thanks to the patented, contact-free clip positioning, it is possible for the first time to present the clip, the clip head and the rubber seal as well free of shadow, the prerequisite for a 100% inspection of damage to the clip (or its absence), internal and external logo recognition, as well as inspection of the rubber seal for damage, colour or non-existence.
